31 postcards of January

Last year my best friend and I started a project where we sent each other one handmade postcard every day for a whole month. Later on it was turned into a zine aptly titled '31 postcards of January' and has remained to be a great memory; a keepsake of how I spent the first month of 2010.
This year we decided to make the project somewhat of a tradition, and so behold 31 postcards of January (2011).
I don't think this collection will make it into a zine, the reliving of the project is more for correspondence, personal purposes and aesthetic value than for anything else. So in light of this I'm partially copying my best friend's idea (partially succumbing to peer pressure from her to start blogging again!) and I'll be posting some of my daily creations.
Here is yesterday's postcard, albeit it's not one of my favourites, but it's the only one I haven't sent yet!
